​We talk endlessly about the fact that the ground beneath us is shifting - but much less about what we actually do when that's happening. But truth is every meaningful change starts with someone noticing something - and then deciding to act on it.

Now What? is a new spark series built around those moments, told with short, honest stories from experts who will share how they saw change coming, what they did, and what came out of it.

Expect tensions and moments of recognition. You'll leave with other people's reckonings to borrow from, and probably a clearer sense of your own to act on. A feeling of: I haven't thought about it that way. And... Now, what?

​Nicole Ingra is a speaker and cultural strategist with a decade of experience helping brands navigate market shifts and turn them into creative and business opportunities around the world. She's worked with Netflix, TikTok, WhatsApp, Uber, Zalando, and Heineken, to name but a few.

Ingra loves injecting new thoughts and ideas into rooms big & small, and wants people to leave her sessions feeling inspired, energised and ready to act. Her favourite feeling to have and evoke is "I haven't thought about it that way".
