For Teens and Children: Inside Out, A Journey of Self-Discovery | Tampa, Florida

​What makes you you?

​Is it your name, your appearance, your interests, your personality, or the roles you play at home and at school? And if all those things keep changing as you grow, is there something deeper within you that stays the same?

​Inside Out is a fun and thoughtful gathering for children and teens to explore these questions with Guru Sri Chaitanya.

​Before the event, each participant is invited to bring something that expresses who they are. It could be a drawing, poem, song, story, speech, photograph, meaningful object, or any creative idea they dream up. It does not have to be perfect or polished. There are no wrong answers here.

​During the gathering, Guruji will use these creative reflections to spark an engaging conversation about identity. Together, participants will explore questions like: Are we our bodies? Are we our thoughts and feelings? Are we the roles we play? Who is the one noticing all of these experiences?

​Rooted in the Śrīvidyā Guru Śiṣya tradition, Guru Sri Chaitanya has a special way of making big spiritual questions clear, relatable, and enjoyable for young people. Through stories, conversation, and simple self-inquiry, he will encourage participants to stay curious and discover their own answers.
