New to padel? Come learn the basics in a small group and start playing with confidence.
We created this adults-only class for first-timers and beginners who want to understand how padel works before joining social matches or tournaments. We love helping new players taking their first steps in the Padel world!

BCN Globals is an international community in Barcelona with 500+ members from all over the world.
We help internationals, expats, digital nomads, and locals feel more connected in the city through sports, social events, practical support, and community experiences!
Our goal is simple: make Barcelona feel more welcoming, active, and fun.
BCN Globals Padel is our padel program for people who want to learn, play, meet others, and enjoy one of the most popular sports in Spain.

🎾 1h Beginner Class
We’ll cover the fundamentals:
✅ Basic rules
✋ How to hold the racket
🎯 Forehand
🚀 Serving and returning
📍 Court positioning
🎮 Simple match situations
🏃 30’ Guided Play
After the class, we’ll play short points and mini games so you can immediately practice what you learned.
