About Event

What if universities were life-affirming places of connection, awe, and joy, where we meet to regenerate and root deeper in whom we really are? Where we saw the seeds of the world we would love to live in?

A place where we can process together, learn together, build together how to bring these worlds about – but also to some extent just lean back and “be together”.

A place that feels spacious and expanding, rather than restrictive and full of pressure to produce, to obey, to perpetuate.

And what if I told you, that I firmly believe, that creating structures and systems of neuroinclusivity is exactly what is needed to make this vision reality? And this process starts with us.

I am inviting you to a Sharing Space that feels exactly like this, so we can live it before we build it.

About the Session

More and more neurodivergent students are facing specific challenges in their everyday life. However, this gathering is not about optimizing the individual. The challenges, we as neurodivergent people face are often not just individual struggles that need to be endured, but rather challenges that have structural or systemic causes. This workshop is about navigating them together, a container to share our stories and make sense of them together!

In collaboration with the Office for Diversity and Anti-Discrimination, I (Alex Wolf) invite you to this session:

Sharing Space and Group Coaching
Tuesday, July 7, 2026, 2pm – 6pm

A space for exchange about neurodivergence and ADHD, among people who know and understand it first-hand. This safer space allows us to share our experiences with one another and to make each other feel seen. In this session, we will take time for exactly that. We will also exchange coping strategies in navigating a world that was not built for us.

About the Facilitator

Alex is a trained systemic coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has been working for 5+ years as a workshop facilitator at the intersection of transformation, narratives, and organisational change. A central part of her work is her own experience: two years ago she was diagnosed with ADHD and consciously works in a neurodivergence-informed and sensitive way. She has already designed and facilitated several workshops for neurodivergent students at Freie Universität Berlin (including in November 2024, May and November 2025). This session builds on those experiences and is being further developed in the spirit of a stronger group coaching approach.

FAQs

Do I require an official ADHD diagnosis to participate?
No, everyone is welcome – with or without an official diagnosis. We are aware of how difficult it can be to obtain a diagnosis. Self-diagnosis is completely valid.

What language will the events be held in?
The events will mainly take place in English. If you feel more comfortable expressing yourself partly in German or another language, we are happy to find solutions together. There is also an session on the 8th of July for German-Speaking students.

Does participation cost anything?
Participation in all three days is free of charge.

How accessible is the event?
Unfortunately, it was not possible to make the space fully accessible. If you have specific access needs (e.g. regarding mobility, lighting, noise levels, break times), please let us know in advance so that we can plan accordingly.

Will there be breaks?
Yes, we will schedule regular breaks to meet the need for rest, exchange, or retreat.

Who can I contact if I have questions?
If you have any questions or specific concerns, please reach out to Alex ([email protected]).
