​Welcome to Befriending Fear, a workshop that feels like a warm hug and a kick in the butt at the same time.

​​This session is for everyone who ​is experiencing fear, insecurity or anxiety about present change and future possibilities. For those who are looking to make bolder, braver, bigger decisions for a more fulfilling life. Inside and outside of a work context.

​​As we move through life, we're bound to feel scared about what's to come. But what if we learned to connect with it and turn it into a tool that shows us the direction we could be going?

​​​This workshop will get you going inward and leave you feeling motivated afterwards. Through a series of guided exercises, you'll go on a journey to understand the role of fear in your life and how to turn it into a springboard to bigger adventures.
