Summer EA Organisers Meetup

​This academic year has almost come to an end, so it’s time to wrap it up and get ready for the next one!

​What better way to do it than with a one-day workshop! This workshop will focus on reflecting on the past year and preparing the foundations for an impactful and successful year ahead!

​Schedule

​11:00 to 12:15 — Retrospective workshop: we will reflect back on what worked and what could be improved.

​12:15 to 13:30 — lunch break

​13:30 to 14:30 — Working backwards: revise our theories of change.

​14:30 to 14:45 — coffee break

​14:45 to 16:45 — Semester planning: we will take everything we learnt and plan the semester ahead.

​16:45 to 17:00 — feedback

​17:00 onwards — dinner and drinks in the city for whoever wants

​What to bring

• ​Pens, papers — anything that you need to write & take notes

• ​Laptop — needed for planning

• ​Theory of Change — for the second part

• ​Your co-organisers ;) — so that you can work together and get the most value out of it!
