ID Alums in the Bay
Guess who I ran into the other day? Kingshuk! Total surprise, and it turns out he's been right here in the Bay Area this whole time. So have I. All this time, practically neighbors, and we had no idea.
It got me thinking about how many of us are scattered around here, not too far apart, all busy with our wonderfully complicated lives. But wouldn't it be fun to hit pause for a night and catch up?
So consider this your invitation: Thursday, October 29th, 6:30–9:00 PM. Casements Bar in the Mission, San Francisco. I've got a little spot reserved for us out on the back patio. Please forward this to anyone you still keep up with from ID — different years, doesn't matter, we all share that same Chicago past. Come say hello to some old friends.
