About Ben
Ben Guioth is a performance coach and organisational psychologist working at the intersection of performance and mental health. His experience spans L&D, outplacement and assessment consulting with the Adecco Group, as well as implementing and scaling L&D operations. As a coach, he works with people on the mental and practical factors that affect performance, including prioritisation, decision-making and mental blocks.
