Career questions rarely get asked in the room. They get asked in the hallway afterward, in DMs, over coffee, because they feel too personal or too "obvious" for a stage. This activity exists to bring those questions into the open.
Ask Us Anything: Career Growth is an open floor activity, same format as our AI in Industry session. No prepared questions, no rehearsed answers. Switching tracks, upskilling while working full time, coming back after a career break, wondering if the next certification is actually worth the time, these are the questions this room is built for. Led by our Women in Tech organisers and open to everyone.
What to expect:
Honest talk on career pivots, comebacks, and the moves that actually paid off (and the ones that didn't)
Straight answers on upskilling, certifications, and what hiring managers actually look for
A room-wide conversation, not a one-way Q&A. Come with a question, or come ready to share what worked for you
A space led by Women in Tech organisers, and genuinely open to everyone in the room
