Full Moon Dad Hike: Third Edition
Join us for the Third edition of the Full Moon Dad Hike— a casual, relaxing night walk under the illuminating glow of the full moon at Wildwood Park. This dads-only event is a wonderful opportunity to connect meaningfully with fellow fathers in our local community.
We’ll start at 8:45 PM, walk approximately 1.1 miles into the park (around 45 minutes), enjoy a 30-minute break to chat and relax, then walk back together. The hike covers a mild 300-foot elevation change and will be leisurely paced. No flashlights needed—the full moon will light our path!
Purpose:
This event is about fostering stronger connections within our neighborhood community of dads. We all share the journey of fatherhood and living in the same community provides us a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships and support networks, ultimately helping us become better fathers.
What to Bring:
Pack-in, pack-out: Please bring only items you are willing to carry back out.
Comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing recommended.
Kindly leave flashlights at home—let’s enjoy the natural moonlight!
Invite a Fellow Dad:
You're encouraged to invite other local dads—neighbors, friends, or your own dad—to join us. Let's welcome both familiar and new faces, continuing to strengthen our community.
This event is free, informal, and relaxed. Looking forward to walking, connecting, and building community with you all!
