Gay Sport Club en Artabros

​El 25 de septiembre a las 19:30 quedamos en Artabros, mi box de CrossFit favorito en A Coruña. Haremos una clase de 1 hora a nivel básico. Después del entrenamiento tendremos un rato para socializar, podéis descansar y tomar algo de comer o beber. El evento está limitado a 20 personas. Hay duchas y vestuario disponibles. Os recomiendo llegar un poco antes de las 19:30 para tener tiempo de cambiaros y prepararos, ya que el entrenamiento empieza exactamente a las 19:30.

​On the 25th of September at 19:30, we meet at Artabros, my favorite CrossFit box in A Coruña. We'll do a 1-hour class at a basic level.
