​Founders Alliance: The Field – Jordan River Paddleboarding

​Welcome to Founders Alliance: The Field. If The Forge is where we sharpen the tools, The Field is where we build the trust. These sessions are designed to get us out of the boardroom and into the environment, fostering the deep relational bonds that make our "Board of Directors" mindset possible.

​We believe that the best insights often happen when we’re moving. This month, we’re heading out on the water for a casual paddle down the Jordan River to connect, unwind, and talk shop.

​The Objective

​To step away from the spreadsheets and screens to connect as leaders. The Field is about active camaraderie, shared experiences, and open-ended conversation that strengthens the foundation of our Alliance.

​The Format

• ​The Activity: A relaxed paddleboard cruise down the Jordan River.

• ​The Flow: This is an organic session. The pace is slow and conversational—the perfect environment for those "sidebar" conversations, catching up on business goals, or following up on recent Hot Seats while we float.

• ​The Environment: Casual, outdoors, and completely unplugged.

​Gear & Essentials (Read Carefully!):

• ​Bring Your Own Board: If you have a paddleboard, please bring it. * Need an Extra? We will have a few extra boards available, but we need an exact count to make sure everyone is covered. If you need us to provide a board for you, please message Mike directly as soon as you RSVP so we can lock one down for you.

• ​What to Wear/Bring: Swimwear or athletic gear you don’t mind getting wet, sunscreen, a towel, and a water bottle.

​The Field is just as vital as The Forge. Our collective strength is built on the relationships we forge outside the boardroom. We show up for each other, regardless of the setting. See you on the water!
