It’s easy to get pulled into the day-to-day of running a business, constantly reacting, firefighting, and trying to keep everything moving.
But when everything feels important, it becomes hard to see what is.
This workshop is about stepping back and getting clear on what truly matters to you, so your decisions feel aligned rather than simply urgent.
We’ll begin by exploring your values properly — not the ones that sound good on paper, but the ones that genuinely shape how you want to live, work, and lead.
From there, we’ll look at how those values translate into your business: What you’re really working towards, what success looks like for you, and how to move in that direction in a way that feels sustainable and consistent.
You’ll leave with:
🌟A simple way to ground your week
🌟A set of small but non-negotiable actions that create momentum without adding pressure.
🌟 A short weekly check-in you can return to whenever things start to feel noisy or overwhelming again.
This is about making decisions on purpose and building a business that works for you, not just because of you.
