​Hi friends!

I've spent a lifetime collecting little rooms to host little dinners, little parties and little communities in. Now, what I'm really interested in is how we can create a little more inner room as well.

​The most interesting people in my life right now are paying attention to what remains deeply and stubbornly human - our embodied experience and capacity for expansive inner states.

​I'm collecting the tools, practices and rituals that friends use to feel creatively alive, aligned and well.

This new experimental event series invites people with deep inner lives - AI scientists, artists, entrepreneurs - to share the practice they turn to for presence. Then we'll all try it together, in a little room.

Our guest: my dear friend Shona Beats, executive coach and entrepreneur known as "The Oracle" for her unique ability to blend strategic insight with spiritual depth. Shona has spent the last decade building at the edge of where technology meets the human mind as Headspace’s early COO. She built the backbone that carried the company from zero to a million users and turned it into a global meditation movement. Her current inquiry is around the new human operating system, one based in wisdom and defining the future of leadership. She'll share tools that can grow our capacity for altitude and awe developed with the quiet knowing of her fifteen years of contemplative and somatic practice. I can't wait for you to meet her.
