Kids’ Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes
This Brazilian Ji Jitsu Program (“BJJ”) in the Frisco masjid aims to train the community in self-defense. In martial arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu is the most effective in that regard. It teaches participants how to escape difficult positions and protect themselves. While self-defense has benefits, there is a much more significant benefit: confidence. BJJ is a great way to gain physical competence and feel more confident.
