We'll look back at what we accomplished together this year: the workshops, the community events, the families we helped on their path to homeownership, and the partnerships that made it all possible. You helped make this happen, and we want to celebrate it with you.

Time to Network
Bring your business cards. This is your time to catch up with old friends, meet newer members, and build relationships that can turn into referrals, partnerships, and real support.

Election Season Kicks Off
We'll walk you through how this year's election works:
- When our Annual Meeting and Election of Officers will happen
- All 10 seats open for the 2027 term
- Who can run and who can vote
- How to nominate yourself or someone else
- Every deadline between now and election day

Nominations open at this meeting! If you've been feeling the call to lead, this is your moment. We're also looking for members to serve on the Credentials and Nominating Committees.

QUICK HEADS-UP: Only members whose dues are paid in full can vote or run for office. Not sure where you stand? Reply to this email BEFORE Friday.
