​Join us for an intimate Femme in Business Founders Dinner in New York City, curated for ambitious women in their 20s and early 30s across entrepreneurship, business, media, fashion, tech, creative industries, and beyond.

​This isn’t your average networking event. Over dinner, you’ll have the opportunity to meet women building alongside you, exchange ideas and experiences, discover potential collaborations, and form genuine relationships in a setting designed to make conversation feel natural.

​This month’s dinner will be hosted by FIB Host Partner Kai Champaign.

​Kai Champaign is the Founder of CalmPath Consulting and the CalmPath Institute for Leadership & Opportunity. Her work centers on helping individuals strengthen their confidence, elevate their presence, expand how they see themselves, and turn potential into meaningful action.

​Through CalmPath, Kai creates intentional programs and experiences designed to foster personal and professional growth.

​Meet the Co-Founders

​Naimah Venezia & Prisha Dev are the co-founders of Femme in Business, a social club created to bring young ambitious women together through meaningful conversations, curated experiences, and genuine connections.

​Naimah is a multi-time founder with experience building ventures across software, business, and fashion, while Prisha is a journalist covering national affairs and an entrepreneur with experience across media, communications, and community building.

​Together, they’ve grown Femme in Business through founder dinners, brunches, and networking experiences across New York City, Toronto, and Miami, creating spaces where women can meet the right people, exchange ideas, and build relationships that extend beyond the event itself.
