✨Cultivate Your Self Love Practice Masterclass with Ishita Agarwal
We are super excited for our newest Leader Workshop series where we feature leaders who are propagating positive changes in the world through their work!
This masterclass for The Cosmic Touch community will be led by our Founder Ishita Agarwal where we will be creating a Self Love Practice ☀️🌻
Her Workshop will cover:
✨ Experience Energetic Reset Through Reiki: Receive gentle Reiki healing to clear emotional blocks, calm your nervous system, and connect with the heart space for self-love to flow.
🎨 Tap Into Your Inner Wisdom Through Intuitive Journaling: Use simple, expressive art to connect with your emotions, explore your needs, and unlock self-awareness.
🌸 Create Your Personalized Self-Care Menu: Guided by your energy and intuition, design a soulful self-care menu - a ritual you can return to again and again.
About Ishita (In her words) :
Hi, I’m Ishita - a healer, creative facilitator, and founder of The Cosmic Touch community. I support big-hearted generalists, intuitive healers, coaches, highly sensitive souls (HSPs), and neurodivergent beings in cultivating sustainable self-love practices that feel aligned, not overwhelming.
As someone who moves between the worlds of energy work and creative strategy, I know what it’s like to hold space for others while trying to stay grounded yourself. That’s why I weave together Reiki energy healing, intuitive drawing, and soulful reflection to help you reconnect with your body, your truth, and your own unique rhythm of care.
My work is here to remind you: your sensitivity is not a flaw - it’s a portal. Let’s turn it into your superpower.
