Self Empowered Development (SEED) is an initiative for young talent by a network of HR Leaders called HRLC Malaysia. This network consists of over 300 CHROs, HR Directors and Head of HRs

HR SEED focusses on creating stronger pipeline of HR Executives in COE ( Centre of Excellence ) roles that are strategic to the maturation of progressive HR for companies operating in Malaysia.

The intended audience are HR executives who are considered having high potential to become leaders of tomorrow. We are agnostic to technology and solutions provider & does not prefer one methodology over the other. The opportunity is to view issues from the standpoint of a practitioner and second, to network.
