

The Way In: Part One– Somatic Bodywork Series
Tight hips. Heavy legs. Low back tension. A body that constantly shows up for others, yet usually receives the least support in return.
The Way In is the first group gathering in a 3-part somatic bodywork series for those who do a lot — in work, in life, in service — and are ready to bring their awareness into the body, where it can be felt, supported, and carried forward.
Not by pushing harder.
Not by trying to achieve more.
But by slowing down long enough to listen, create space, and reconnect with the body that carries you through every day.
In this workshop, we begin with:
the feet, legs, hips, and pelvis.
When tension increases, it can reflect more than physical tightness. It can reveal where we brace, hold back, feel stuck, or carry more than the body has had space to process.
What We’ll Explore:
Feet, legs, hips, and pelvis
Grounding and body awareness
Fascia-focused self-bodywork
Gentle movement and breath
The connection between the lower body, stress, and the energy system
Simple tools you can continue using at home
What to Expect:
You’ll be guided through a slow, intentional practice that will include floor-based bodywork using massage balls, yoga blocks, breath, and gentle movement to relieve tension and release holding patterns.
This is a guided experience. You’ll be supported in understanding not just what you feel in the body, but how to begin listening and responding with more awareness.
No previous experience is required.

About Your Guide:
Lisa is trained in Hypnotherapy/RTT, Fascia Therapy, and ongoing Energy Healing Facilitation training. Her approach combines body-based practices, nervous system awareness, breath, sound, and somatic education to help people better understand the relationship between the body, mind, emotions, and the patterns we carry beneath the surface.
