Beyond Benefits Munich
Benefits don’t keep people. Feeling valued does.
We spend so much time talking about retention strategies and not enough time actually experiencing what belonging feels like beyond the usual benefits conversation and into what actually makes people want to stay.
Together with Bella&Bona × thevalyoubox × PaintNow × LILO Space, we’re inviting HR professionals, People & Culture teams, founders, creatives, and curious minds to spend an evening of genuine connection and sharing ideas. After our first edition in Berlin, this is the second Beyond Benefits, now in Munich!
In the rooftop lounge at LILO Space in Munich, our cohosts, who each think a lot about how people experience spaces, food and creativity, are coming together to create something worth showing up for!
What’s included, and yes its FREE:
Speakers
Short talks from our guest speakers on appreciation, retention and what really makes people feel valued at work. Speakers to be announced soon.
A Creative Experience by PaintNow
Forget small talk. PaintNow will get you out of your head and into a hands-on moment with the people around you. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to really connect.
A Thoughtfully Curated Catering Experience by Bella&Bona
Expect warm and cold bites, desserts, and a spread that gives people a reason to slow down, stay, and connect.
Thevalyoubox
Sign up at the event and receive your box of inspiration afterwards, plus more surprises from our partners on the night.
This is about creating space for honest exchange, new ideas, and the kind of conversations that stay with you.
We can’t wait to share this with you all!
*The event is free to attend.
