I keep meeting women who can tell me every detail of what their kid or work needs, but can’t say what they need. I am also one of them.

So I’m creating a small, intentional gathering of moms at HAUM, a beautiful studio in the Mission.

We’ll open with one question, then a soothing sound bath led by Caitlin, then some quiet time to journal and reflect.

There are twenty mats. $50 to attend, with a journal included for you to keep.

PS: Life happens. If you can't make it, please send us a note. We will try to find someone else and refund it, especially if we have a waitlist.

Arrive anytime between 10:05-10:15. When you arrive at the main door, dial #005 on the keypad, and we’ll buzz you in. Upon entering, walk up the stairs to the 5th floor.
