Budget Orientation workshop - Eastern Hemisphere

​​Join us for the first Budget Virtual Workshop, where we'll start to collaboratively refine and achieve consensus on budget submissions for approval. This workshop aims to foster discussion and gather critical feedback from key stakeholders.

Agenda:
This workshop will baseline the budget process, and hold breakout discussions covering various topics related to the budget as a whole, such as: Net Change Limit, Options when no vendor proposes work, handling unspent funds, smart contract for fund oversight and what DReps need to better evaluate proposals.

​Due to the interactive nature of the workshop and the need for focused discussions, participation is limited. We've allocated specific roles to ensure a balanced and productive session:

• ​DReps: Registered DReps are crucial for this process. Please register as a DRep and provide your DRep ID for verification.

• ​Experts/SMEs: Subject Matter Experts are invited to provide specialized insights if asked by the DReps and are otherwise observers.

• ​Vendors: Budget proposal providers are essential for clarifying their submissions if asked by the DReps

​If DRep registration exceeds 100, we will select the top 40 registrants by stake as of Epoch 550 (Apr 4), 40: Top 40 registrants by # delegators as of Epoch 550 (Apr 4), 3 seats per continent.

​All others will be placed on a waitlist and notified of their status.
