Automate the Backlog [Non-Technical] | Custom AI Agents that turn Jira tickets into completed work

​Most AI tools still wait for you to type. You open a chat, explain your product from scratch, copy the answer somewhere else, and do it all again the next day. This workshop is about the next step: an AI agent that already knows your product, picks up tasks straight from your Jira board, and comes back with the work done, ready for your review.

​You don't need a coding background. We build the agents together, step by step, at the same pace, with support throughout so nobody gets stuck. By the end of the session you'll have your own working agent, connected to a task board and doing a real job for you.

​Each participant picks one agent to build, based on a task they keep doing by hand. Example agents you can choose from:

​Social Media Manager

​Create a ticket that says “announce the new feature” and the agent turns it into a content plan and post drafts written in your brand's voice, for the channels you actually use. You review, change a word or two, and publish.

​Landing page builder

​Give the agent a short brief and it delivers a landing page that matches your product's look, tone, and messaging, ready for you to review and put live. No design tool to learn, no waiting on a developer.

​Bug fixer

​Describe a problem in a ticket the way you'd describe it to a colleague. The agent investigates, finds what's causing it, and prepares a fix that gets a final check before anything goes live.

​We won't be using the built-in AI features in Jira. You'll build your own custom agent that runs in the background, not in a chat window, and is triggered directly from your board.

​A paid Claude Code subscription is required to take part; we'll send a simple setup guide before the workshop so everything is ready on the day.

​Eugen is Founder & Technical PM at Tailoored AI. Before that, he spent 6 years as a Full Stack Developer at different startups, where wearing multiple hats pushed him to get involved in other parts of building a product (design, marketing, sales, and more).
