An invite-only leadership forum bringing together 80 senior executives from the US and Brazilian real estate markets for a day of candid, high-level conversation about what it takes to make real estate investable at institutional scale.

​Co-organized by Instituto Cidades Responsivas and the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, the Forum features five panels pairing American and Brazilian practitioners — investors, developers, capital allocators, and policy leaders — to examine the gap between where the Brazilian market stands today and the standards required by global institutional capital.

​This is not a conference about how to invest in the US. It is a working conversation about underwriting discipline, governance, reporting transparency, capital structuring, and the professionalization needed to unlock cross-border capital flows.
