Drawing from her experience and a non-accountant’s perspective, Christine will share practical tips to help board members understand their role in financial oversight, recognize potential red flags, and know what questions they should be asking.
The goal is not to turn board members into financial experts, but to help them feel more confident asking questions, providing oversight, and ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place to protect their organizations.
