ARRIVAL AND TRANSPORTATION
Please book your travel into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN). Plan to arrive Sunday, October 18. The first programming will begin Sunday evening at 4:00 PM.
Airport shuttles will run continuously from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM to Sage Lodge. As long as you arrive at BZN, we’ll handle the rest. Our team will coordinate ranch transfers directly from the airport. Look for the Boon team at baggage claim, and we'll take it from there.
RANCH ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
Sage Lodge is a 1 hour drive from BZN Airport. Programming will begin with a welcome happy hour (including a special guest) at 4:00 PM, followed by dinner.
Check in at the Lodge front desk to receive your room number.
WHAT TO PACK
Montana weather in October can swing – bring layers, a warm jacket, and comfortable shoes for outdoor activities.
Evening events (happy hours, dinners, bonfire) are outdoors-friendly and relaxed.
DEPARTURE
Programming concludes with dinner on Tuesday, October 20. Shuttles will return you to BZN Airport on Wednesday morning, October 21.

Arrive at BZN before 4:00 PM on October 18 so you can catch a shuttle and make welcome remarks on time.
Depart BZN Wednesday, October 21 ideally after 9:00 AM.
