​Eileen Burbidge MBE is the CEO of Fertifa, where she applies her passion for inclusive and accessible reproductive healthcare after experiencing her own fertility, reproductive and hormonal health journeys.

Eileen is also a Founding Partner at Passion Capital, the pre-eminent early-stage technology venture fund based in London, which led to Fortune Magazine describing her as "The Queen of British VC" and one of London's most influential venture capitalists. She has extensive operational and investment experience gleaned from roles at tech giants including Yahoo!, Skype and Apple. On behalf of Passion, Eileen serves as non-executive director and board representative on a number of successful companies including Monzo Bank, Marshmallow, Butternut Box and others. Outside of Passion, Eileen is also a non-executive director for Currys plc and chair of the ESG Committee for the Board; served for 8 years as the UK Treasury’s Special Envoy for Fintech, appointed by the Chancellor; was Tech Ambassador for the Mayor of London’s office; served on UK Prime Minister David Cameron’s Business Advisory Group; and was the Chair of Tech Nation for 5 years.

She was awarded an MBE for services to business in the Queen’s Birthday Honours in 2015 and holds a BSc Engineering degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
