Onboarding Reimagined: From Day One to Quota

Most onboarding programs start with the same goal: get new hires productive as quickly as possible. But ask a sales leader, a sales development leader, and an enablement leader what great onboarding actually looks like, and you'll probably get three different answers.

Should onboarding focus on speed-to-ramp? Building confidence? Product knowledge? Manager coaching? Long-term performance?

The reality is that onboarding sits at the intersection of multiple teams, each with different priorities and perspectives. That's what makes it both challenging and incredibly important.

In this session, we're bringing together leaders from Sales, SDR, and Enablement to unpack how they think about onboarding, what they've learned from building programs at scale, and where their perspectives align (or don't). Then we'll shift from discussion to action and work through a real onboarding scenario together.

What to Expect

Part I: Three Perspectives on Onboarding (30 Minutes)

A sales leader, an SDR leader, and an enablement leader share how they think about onboarding, what they prioritize, how they measure success, and the biggest mistakes teams make.

Part II: Live Workshop (15 Minutes)

We'll tackle a real-world onboarding scenario together:

Your company is hiring 15 new reps next quarter across different teams. There are new product features and Sales AI processes that has been implemented since last class hire.

Leadership expects faster ramp times, managers are stretched thin, and enablement resources are limited. What should the first 90 days look like?

Our panelists will build their approach live, discussing milestones, ownership, and success metrics along the way.
