About Event
✨Join WhatIf Legal and Stripe for an evening of community and connection for women. Take a break from your laptops and cellphones and come wind down with us at The Altar ✨
This guided session combines intentional breath with the contrast of sauna and cold plunge to help you quiet the mind, become fully present, and settle deeply into your body. The first 55 minutes are led, followed by 20 minutes of open integration.

Stay after for a cool drink and to talk about starting your business or starting your marriage with the right foundations.
