Hormone-Free Birth Control: A playful intro to Sensiplan
Your body is not something to control, it’s something to understand.
In this 60-minute introductory workshop, you’ll get to know Sensiplan®: a scientifically proven, hormone-free contraceptive method.
Instead of suppressing your cycle, you’ll learn how to work with it.
Sensiplan uses two body signals — temperature and cervical mucus (discharge) — to accurately identify your fertile window.
With a reliability comparable to the pill, it is one of the most effective natural methods available.
This workshop is a first introduction: a space to learn how your body actually works and ask questions.
You’ll leave with:
a basic understanding of your menstrual cycle
insight into how fertility awareness works
clarity on whether this method could be right for you
No prior knowledge needed. Come as you are.
This workshop is for you if you:
are considering stopping hormonal birth control
want a reliable, natural alternative
are curious about your cycle and fertility
want to feel more connected to your body
The workshop is hosted by Renske Thalia Poelma, certified Sensiplan® educator and founder of WILD WOMB. She has over 7 years of experience in anthropological research (University of Utrecht) and in youth sexual health and rights education with CHOICE for Youth and Sexuality across Honduras, South Africa, Ethiopia, Bosnia, Greece, the UK, and the Netherlands.
