We're taking over a country estate in Suffolk and filling it with 20 of the most ambitious builders we can find. People obsessed with what they're making and thinking a lot bigger than the room they're currently in.
The estate
A moated main house you come into over a bridge
A heated 15m indoor pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi
A bar, a games room and a pavilion with its own kitchen and BBQ
Tennis court, half-court basketball, croquet lawn and two pétanque courts
An office barn with 18 desks
220 acres of Suffolk parkland, about 45 minutes to walk around the property
An Olympic-sized indoor arena and 31 stables
Who is this for?
Founders and builders who are early and serious
Some of you will have a company, some of you will be about to start one. Both are fine.
Open to everyone, you don't need to be from Oxford or Cambridge

How it works
The estate and the accommodation are on us. You pay £30 for food and drinks across the whole weekend. Getting there is on you.
Suffolk. 70 minutes from London Liverpool Street to Ipswich, an hour from Cambridge, shuttles from the station. Exact address once you're in.
