StartX IPO Talk w/ Unicycive CEO

​Shalabh Gupta, MD, a seasoned healthcare entrepreneur, has founded three biotech companies, including Unicycive, which he built from the ground up in 2018 and successfully led through a Nasdaq IPO in 2021, raising over $100 million in public markets. In this one-hour talk, Dr. Gupta presents a universal framework for founders across industries, highlighting critical considerations before taking a company public. 

​The session will delve into three pivotal aspects: identifying suitable companies that should consider public listing, determining the optimal timing, and understanding the IPO process.
