BWI is proud to partner with Pivotal, Seae (Unseen) Ventures, and CVS Health Ventures for an intimate, invitation-only gathering in New York on October 15th — a curated evening bringing together women investors, healthcare executives, and founders building the next generation of healthcare companies.
The evening will feature a panel discussion with three leading voices at the forefront of healthcare investing:

Seae (Unseen) Ventures — Founded in 2019, Seae Ventures is dedicated to building and investing in early-stage healthcare technology and services companies primarily founded by women and people who identify as Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC). Following a strategic acquisition in July 2024, Unseen Capital now operates as the pre-seed and early-seed vehicle within the Seae family. In this role, Unseen continues its mission to invest in early-stage healthcare companies led by underrepresented founders—particularly those building solutions at the intersection of digital health and structural determinants of health. With over $200 million in combined assets under management, Unseen is led by Managing Director Erica Murdock, an experienced healthcare operator and former founder.

This is a charity dinner hosted by Black Women Investors Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
As a nonprofit, BWI relies on the generosity of our community to continue creating curated spaces, programming, and high-impact events like this. Attendance is complimentary — however, we encourage guests to consider making a charitable donation of $50 to directly support BWI's mission to expand access, build community, and convene meaningful conversations at the intersection of community, capital, and culture.
