It’s time to get your hands messy! In our hands-on format, you'll dive right in to making pasta yourself from scratch. Our Scuola Chef will then then prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!

With hundreds of different shapes that are connected to unique regions and sauces, Italian pasta is a world of its own. Join us as we take a culinary journey to Southern Italy and explore the pasta traditions of different regions. In this class, you’ll make your own pasta dough from scratch.
