Built To Scale | 2-Day Accelerator
We are so excited to launch the founding cohort of the Built To Scale | 2-Day Accelerator, hosted by Bobby Staten & Co., on August 16-17, 2024, at Roam Lenox in Atlanta! This invite-only event is designed especially for individuals with a business concept or in the early stages of building their business who need clarity and direction to achieve their desired future state. Over two immersive days, you'll have the opportunity to build your complete business model and set the stage for healthy growth.
"Sounds great...but what is a business model?"
A business model is a clear plan that explains how a company makes money. It outlines what products or services the company offers, who its customers are, how it delivers value to them, and how it earns revenue. It's like a blueprint for how the business operates and grows.
Every attendee will leave with answers to the following questions:
Why does my business exist and what impact will it have?
Who do I plan to serve?
What does my customer care about? And why?
How do I reach my customers? How do they prefer to be reached?
How will the business make money?
What experience does my customer expect?
What relationships are critical to business success?
What day-to-day activities must happen for all of this work?
Registration includes catered lunch, drinks, and snacks for both days. We will be starting at 9:30 AM on August 16 and will wrap up at 3:00 PM on August 17. Don't miss this chance to gain invaluable tools, insights, and support needed to turn your vision into a thriving reality, while networking with like-minded entrepreneurs.
We look forward to seeing you there!
