Interactive Storytelling in Games: A Roundtable event
We all have a story in us, and games are one of the many ways we can find them. As game designers, storytelling can become finding the balance between too rigid "railroading" and too formless "sandboxing".
If a conversation is a series of doors to be opened, what does true interactive storytelling in gaming look like?
Join us for an open discussion: where experienced interactive games and theatre hosts Crow (Ancient Robot Workshop) and Danyah (The Mystery of Show) will guide a group discussion on interaction in games, and how we can weave more vibrant stories into them.
While the hosts will gently guide with questions and topics, the event is designed to be an open space for attendees to discuss freely, as after all, we'll make better stories together.
