​Join the community & Fola, a seasoned ceremonialist & medicine woman, as we prepare our inner world for the budding of new opportunities. During our time together we will use grounded ritual & sound to awaken what is already buried inside you.

• ​A guided ritual to honor the Spring Equinox

• ​An immersive sound journey featuring crystal bowls, drums, and gong

• ​Time for reflection & connection

• ​A supportive space to connect to body and awareness

​​​🫂 Who It’s For

​This experience is for all humans (ages 13+). No previous experience with ritual or sound journeys is required—just an open heart and a desire for experience.

​​​🧘 What to Bring

• ​A small token/item to amplify the energy (you will take this home with you when we are done; can be a crystal, a picture, or some other object you find meaningful)

• ​A yoga mat, bolsters, blankets, or pillows—whatever makes you feel most comfortable

• ​A journal or paper and a pen

• ​A water bottle

• ​Please dress comfortably, as you will be seated or lying down for 30–45 minutes

​Tickets: Sliding scale $27 – $47 | Pay-what-you-can options available
15% of ticket sales will be donated to the Hearth Accessible Wellness Fund, supporting more inclusive access to wellness experiences.
