About the speaker
Raoul A. Flaminzeanu drives change and innovation using design as a powerful tool across diverse industries, including e-commerce, insurance, and SAAS. With 20 years in tech and product design, he builds and guides high-performing teams to deliver multichannel experiences through effective processes and methods. He developed a framework called "A Learning Team Experience," which transforms a company into a learning organization.
