This month’s SEEDofSOUND returns to the signature experience that so many of you have come to know and love.
We’ll begin by gently settling the nervous system through restorative movement, conscious breathwork, and practices designed to help you soften, arrive, and become fully present. As your body down-regulates and your mind becomes quieter, you’ll be guided into a deeply receptive state.
From there, you’ll be immersed in SEEDofSOUND’s live sound journey—a blend of crystal singing bowls, ambient soundscapes, meditation, and Lisa’s intuitive live vocals. This is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and allow your body to receive exactly what it needs.
Whether you’ve been carrying stress, seeking clarity, or simply craving a moment of stillness, this experience offers space to rest, reflect, and come home to yourself.
No experience is necessary—just bring yourself, something comfortable to lie on, and an openness to receive.
