No Refund: Once you register, your seat is secured. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations, as this policy helps us plan and manage capacity effectively.
No Walk-In Policy: To ensure effective space management, members who arrive at the venue without prior registration will not be permitted entry. No exceptions will be made.
