Join us for a 1 hour discussion on leadership, pressure and transformation.
Everybody can define what “leadership” means. And everybody has a slightly different definition for it.
What most people agree on is that pressure can really shift things around: turbulence, uncertainty, restructuring.
Through uncertain times leaders are expected to have vision and self control, and to guide people towards the goal, while also creating a conducive space. Is this possible? And how do we achieve it without burning out? Come and find out!
