Let's Talk About It: A Non-Alcoholic Sip & Shop for Breast Cancer Awareness

​October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Burden of Proof is honored to host a Breast Cancer Awareness event in support of The Fondle Project. The evening will feature a talk by founder Gina Lamanna, followed by a mix and mingle with Gina and Kristin Ross, both breast cancer survivors, as they share their inspiring stories.

As alcohol can increase the risk of breast cancer recurrence, Burden of Proof is proud to offer Los Angeles a thoughtful non-alcoholic alternative in support of wellness and community. Come sip something delicious, discover a new favorite mocktail, and support an important cause.

​Giving back
This event is free to attend. We'll have a QR code at the shop for suggested donations, and 10% of the evening's sales will go to The Fondle Project.

Crafts for the cause
BOP community member Hannah is fundraising for a dear friend living with stage IV breast cancer, and she's doing it the way only a crafter would: by selling handmade crochet pumpkins. We'll have an array of her hand-crafted pumpkins available at the event, with all proceeds going to support her friend.
