IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST FWB PLAY EVENT
Purchase a ticket at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Your credit card will be authorized and you will receive an automated email with links to fill out an application and schedule a 15 minute interview. You must complete both your application and interview before being approved for an event.
Once we approve your RSVP, your credit card will be charged. If you're not approved, we'll cancel your RSVP and your credit authorization will be removed.
Unapproved guests will be turned away at the door.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
We will have a fun bondage and Halloween-themed prize for the guest with the best costume, announced at 11:00pm. The winner will have time to play with their prize at the party.
We will have rope demos.
There will be a Desire cruising board where you can write your name and your interests.
We will have games, icebreakers, and tarot; snacks and drinks; and a selection of toys to borrow such as floggers, cuffs, and a Sybian.
Please bring your own rope and shears.
This is a sober event. No alcohol will be served. Any guest who arrives under the infuence or brings their own alcohol or other drugs will be asked to leave.
This event is dyke-centered, for butches, femmes, dykes, lesbians, bi+pan women, and trans folks of all experiences. Cis men are not permitted at this party.
This event is 25+. By registering, you agree that you will provide a photo ID at the door showing your age as 25 or older.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What kinks are allowed at this party?
A: Kinks that are NOT permitted include messy play (blood, wax, bathroom), race play, fire play, gun play, and breath play.
You can expect to see and hear s*x, impact play, pain play, roleplay of various D/s dynamics, bondage, degradation, voyeurism, exhibitionism, and more. Knife play is permitted; guns, real or fake, are not.
Q: I'm inexperienced with rope. Is this a place for me to learn or experiment?
A: No. This is a party for guests to engage with bondage at a level that reflects their knowledge and experience. If you are unfamiliar with rope, we suggest safer forms of bondage such as leather cuffs.
This is not a class, and instruction on rope technique will not be taught. If you would like instruction, we suggest taking a beginners shibari class such as one with Devil Mask Studios on Oct. 10 or 16.
If you would like to personally negotiate a lesson from a more experienced rope top or bottom at the party, you may do so at your own risk.
Q: For our Halloween costumes, are masks or face paint permitted?
A: Yes, given that you have been vetted and you remove your mask upon arrival when providing photo ID verification of your age (25+). If wearing face paint, please contact butchmonthlyla@gmail.com to notify us.
Q: Is phone use, photo, or video permitted?
A: No photo or video is permitted in the space. Phone use is only permitted in the welcome area. No phone calls. If there is an emergency phone call, please notify the host or a DM.
Q: Is there alcohol served or allowed?
A: No, this is a sober event from all substances.
LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY
We host our in-person events at our Clubhouse in the Historic Core of DTLA.
The building is ADA accessible. There is an elevator. Note for people with wheelchairs, canes, other walking assistance devices: the tile of the lobby floor is uneven so be careful navigating, and the bathroom is not ADA compliant.
This is a low-scent event: no perfume, cologne, or essential oils. The Clubhouse is no-shoe space. When you enter, please leave your shoes on the shoe rack by the front door. If you need an exemption, please email accessibility@fwb.events.
PARKING
There are paid lots, garages, and street parking within a block of the loft. We will send out additional information once your RSVP is confirmed.
SAFTEY IN DTLA
Please be mindful of your surroundings when arriving and leaving. Many of us are longtime downtown residents and have never personally had an issue walking around at night, but DTLA is full of interesting characters from all walks of life, especially on weekends. We love our community and ask that you're respectful of everyone you encounter.
COMMUNITY HEALTH & SAFETY
COVID, Cold, and Flu: We recommend all attendees test for COVID before you arrive. No need to send results - we trust you. If you are feeling sick, were recently exposed to someone who is sick, or test positive, we ask that you stay home to help us keep our community safe and healthy and we will credit you for a future event.
We provide face masks and hand sanitizer at the clubhouse. We run air purifiers during and between events. While we take all the precautions we can to be covid safe, this is ultimately an event with risk of infection. If you are higher risk of infection or adverse effects for covid or other illnesses, we encourage you to err on the side of caution.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Need to cancel or change your reservation. Please let us know 48 hours prior to an event, and we will credit you for a future event.
If you are sick, were recently exposed to someone who has covid, or tested positive. Let us know ~2 hours prior to an event start, and we will credit you for a future event.
We offer refunds if we cancel an event for any reason. We'll send out a cancellation email. Attendees who wish to receive a refund for their ticket purchase will need to respond within 7 days of the cancelled event. All other tickets will receive a credit for a future event.
