A strong core is the foundation of a strong body.
In this 60-minute session, we’ll focus on building, stabilizing, and strengthening the core muscles that support your spine, posture, and everyday movement. This is not about endless crunches, it’s about learning how to properly activate and control the muscles that keep your body stable and injury-free.
As a former professional hammer thrower, I spent years competing at a high level. Unfortunately, I also experienced several injuries during my career, many of which were linked to a weak or unstable core. Working closely with my physiotherapist for years taught me how essential proper core strength is for both performance and long-term health.
This session brings together the exercises, techniques, and principles that helped me rebuild my body.
