Curious about what it feels like to explore underwater on a single breath?
Join us for a beginner-friendly introduction to freediving with Shubam Pandey (Uno Breath), one of India’s leading freediving instructors and national record holders. With over 11 years of experience in the diving industry and a personal best depth of 60 metres on a single breath, Shubham has trained divers and ocean enthusiasts across Asia, helping people discover the powerful connection between breath, body, and mind.
The SSI Try Freediving Program is designed for complete beginners and offers a safe, supportive introduction to the fundamentals of freediving. You’ll complete your eLearning prior to the workshop and will learn essential breathing and relaxation techniques, basic equalization skills, and key safety principles while gaining firsthand experience in the water under expert supervision.
During this 3-hour workshop, participants will explore:
· Breathwork and relaxation techniques
· Freediving theory and safety fundamentals
· Static breath-hold practice
· Efficient kicking techniques and body positioning
· Basic equalization skills
· Confined water practice in a controlled environment (5 Mt/12 Feet Pool)

Each date is a separate workshop. We will open up registrations for Saturday after the Sunday batch is filled.
