🌿 Day of Service – Giving Back at Merritt Gardens 🌿
Join us for a morning of community service and hands-on gardening at The Gardens at Lake Merritt!
Whether you're a seasoned gardener or have never touched a trowel, this is a great opportunity to connect, give back, and get your hands dirty. All tools and gloves will be provided by Merritt Gardens.
📍 Merritt Gardens, North Gate by the Garden Center Building, 666 Bellevue Ave
🗓️ Date & Time: Friday, April 25, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM 🌱 Cost: Free
👟 What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing you don't mind getting dirty and closed-toe shoes with a hard sole. Bring water and a hat for the sunny areas.
🅿️ Parking: Ample free street parking on Bellevue Ave. Let the attendant know you're volunteering at The Gardens at Lake Merritt.
📋 All attendees must sign a volunteer waiver. You can sign online ahead of time or pick up a physical copy day of.
