Lead by Design, Not Default: Building Awareness and Presence as a Leader

In this interactive workshop, founders and senior leaders will explore how greater self-awareness creates more intentional, authentic leadership. Together, we'll examine how our values influence decision-making, how our default patterns shape the way we lead under pressure, and how building greater presence helps us respond with intention rather than react on autopilot.
Participants will learn practical frameworks including Core Values, Above and Below the Line from Conscious Leadership, and the Drama Triangle to better understand themselves, navigate challenges with greater awareness, and lead more intentionally. Throughout the session, participants will complete guided reflection exercises, identify the patterns shaping their leadership, and leave with practical tools and a personalized action plan to lead by design—not default.
