Genna brings a mix of operating experience and executive coaching insight. She built and scaled founder programs at Google for Startups and worked across policy, partnerships, GTM, and operations. Today, she works closely with founders and executives to help them lead more effectively, build stronger teams, and sustain performance over time. Drawing on this experience, Genna will lead an interactive session focused on how greater self-awareness can help leaders become more intentional, authentic, and effective.

In this interactive workshop, founders and senior leaders will explore how greater self-awareness creates more intentional, authentic leadership. Together, we'll examine how our values influence decision-making, how our default patterns shape the way we lead under pressure, and how building greater presence helps us respond with intention rather than react on autopilot.
Participants will learn practical frameworks including Core Values, Above and Below the Line from Conscious Leadership, and the Drama Triangle to better understand themselves, navigate challenges with greater awareness, and lead more intentionally. Throughout the session, participants will complete guided reflection exercises, identify the patterns shaping their leadership, and leave with practical tools and a personalized action plan to lead by design, not default.
