Breathwork for Therapists with Ann MacKenzie, LPCC
Breathwork is a somatic practice that supports the release of stored physical and emotional tension in the body and subconscious mind. This group experience offers therapists a supportive space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with themselves through guided, intentional breathing.
The session will begin with a brief introduction, psychoeducation, and demonstration of the breathing technique. Participants will be invited to set an intention before being guided through the breathwork practice. The experience will conclude with an integration circle for reflection, sharing, and questions.
No previous breathwork experience is required. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and dress in layers.
